Ten50, a division of The Robert C. Byrd Institute for Advanced Flexible Manufacturing (RCBI), has been created to drive innovation and entrepreneurship and economic development by supporting early-stage and growth driven technology companies. We will be selecting 2 groups of cohorts from a selection process throughout the year to enter Ten50 as accelerator participants. Ten50 will support these early-stage, growth-driven companies through seed funding, office space, software perks, education, mentorship, and preparation for outside financing. Ten50 accelerator participants will have access to three RCBI facilities across the West Virginia. These facilities leverage a shared infrastructure of nearly $20 million in high-tech, computer controlled manufacturing equipment. Participants will also have access to the RCBI Additive Manufacturing technology with 3D Printers through its Design Works labs. This has also been recognized as a national Center of Excellence for composite materials providing support to NASA engineers as well as Department of Defense.
